It is the objective of Genesis to provide the highest value to customers and users in these project types through:

SPECIALIZATION	ZERO OVERHEAD
Specialization and focus in church, medical projects (and expertise in office construction) which is beneficial in eliminating waste and unnecessary steps that accompany most custom commercial projects	Genesis has virtually no overhead costs, which has been purposefully crafted in order to reduce fees and project overhead costs to an absolute minimum
EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES	EARLY PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Application of current and emerging technologies to achieve higher levels of productivity and more effective flow of information, all for the purpose of providing planning, engineering and construction services at a lower cost and earlier delivery, with a special emphasis on paperless office environment.	Early development of the project scope, options, and financial projections enabling the customer to make important decisions sooner and at a lower investment
FAST TRACKED PROCESSES	INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT
Resources and experience to develop, design and implement a facility under a fast-tracked method using modular design and early long term procurement methods	Systematic and integrated management of all resources to the building process, including programming, financing, development, master planning, design, engineering, procurement, management of the entire budget, as well as construction and after project services.

All of this is for the purpose of providing unusual service to a few customers so that they can realize much greater value for each development dollar expended.
